The Oasis Theatre is the only movie theatre left in the town of Brooks. The drive-in closed some time ago. After closing years ago, the Oasis Theatre became a church, but since 1995, has returned to being a movie theatre.

In its early years, children were only allowed to sit in the front, on the wooden seats, and the adults got cushions for the back seats. The Oasis Theatre is small, but nice to have around.

The Oasis was reseated with 221 new seats in 2000.
