Fox Peak Cinema

The Fox Peak Cinema, at a cost of $11.5 million, was opened by the Fallon Tribal Development Corporation on November 5, 2015. According to the Nevada Appeal, the FTDC is a federally chartered corporation of the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe.

The Northern Nevada Business Weekly notes that that the 8-screen theater is managed by Jim Sheehan of the Ironwood 8 Cinema in Minden. Of the 918 seats, the largest auditorium seats 164 and the smallest 87.

KOLO TV said residents no longer have to travel to Reno (63 miles) to see the most recent movies.

The Fallon Theatres in downtown Fallon have been and are still showing the most recent movies.
