Located in the Porte de Saint-Ouen district in the north of the city centre. The Paris opened in 1910 by Emilien Ernest Sylvestre. Entrance was through an opening in an existing building, with the auditorium built at the rear, backing onto Rue Etex.

The Paris was closed on 30th July 1972. The entrance is still there, but the auditorium has been demolished and in 2015 is still an empty plot of land which can be seen on Rue Etex.
