From the March 2, 1912 Moving Picture World:

Percy M. Perretz, formerly on the office staff of Pathe Freres, Chicago, has purchased the Aberdeen Theater at 1059 W. 59th Street, and will manage it himself, using Independent service as five cents admission. The theater is in the midst of a well-to-do Swedish settlement and Percy is satisfied with the volume of business done during the cold weather. The Majestic Film Co. attends to the booking.
