Located in the Reisterstown Road Plaza. The Reisterstown Plaza Theatre was opened by Trans-Lux on June 30, 1965 with Richard Burton & Elizabeth Taylor in “The Sandpiper”. It was an 850-seat single screen first-run theatre. It was equipped with 35mm & 70mm projectors and had a 6-channel stereo sound system. It was taken over by JF Theatres and was twinned, reopening on December 1, 1980. It was closed in 1989. In 2009 the space was occupied by a Popeye’s Chicken and a closed down beauty supply shop.

The Reistertown Road Plaza (Twin) was located at the front of the Plaza. In 1985 JF built the separate Reistertown Road Plaza 5 theatre at the rear of the same shopping center.
