Ritz Theatre

The Ritz Theatre was opened on December 23, 1933 with Randolph Scott in “Wild Horse Mesa”. It was operated by Paramount Pictures Inc. through their subsidiary J.C. Clemmons & Sol Gordon. It was adjacent to the Rex Theatre (later Crim Theatre). It was still open in 1939. It was closed in 1940. The building exists today, but not recognisable as a former theatre.
