Centro Cine

The Centro Cine is in the Centro Comercial Le Noria on the Avenida. de Europa in the basement level. It is a relatively modern building dating from, I guess, the 1980’s but has been closed since the early-2000’s.

The foyer at that time looks like the cinematic equivalent of the Marie Celeste as the building was not cleared up after the last show. Popcorn and drinks cartons, leaflets, film posters etc are all still in place.

Doors to the single level auditorium are open and a few rows of seats can be seen, with the normal debris under the seats found at most movie houses at the end of the night.

If the Centro Cine was not so run down I expect it would have been converted to retail use – but at present the Centro Cine looks like it will remain in limbo.
