The Glass Sword Cinema opened in 1982 as the Cinema II seating 502. A small four wall building divided down the middle to make the two cinemas. A small lobby with an an auditorium on each side of the concession stand. Built to serve the small Ozark town. Cabool had a movie theatre again after 26 years with the old State Theatre closed in downtown.
