Located in the Leroy district to the northeast of the city center. The Village Cinema was an adult cinema that was opened by Avant Garde Theatres from Miami, Florida on September 6th, 1972, and closed in 1979. It reopened in 1980, but finally closed in 1981.

Reopened again as Central Park Cinema on July 2nd, 1980 and closed in 1981. Grand opening ads posted.
