Cozy Theatre

This theatre appears on the 1910 Sanborn, in an old two story brick commercial building dating to before 1885. The 1900 map shows a millinery here.

The theatre remains in operation on the 1918 map, but closed sometime afterward. The 1962 update shows it as a store, but it had doubtless closed many years before.

This block is a really awful collection of empty lots and ugly modern facades. If the building still exists, it has been incorporated into a neighbor. The current occupant is a pawn shop. While it was operating, it would have used a 108 address.
