The historic Lincoln Theatre in Port Angeles, Washington almost closed in May 2001, but at the last minute a deal was worked out between Sun Basin Theaters and the owner of the building. For now, the 163-seat triplex remains open.

The Lincoln Theatre of Port Angeles, Washington did NOT close in May 2001. It came within four days of closing, but it was then granted a lease reprieve. After 3 months of “negotiations”, Sun Basin Cinemas purchased the building housing Lincoln Theatre. I guarantee you that it is still in operation!
The address for the Lincoln Theatre is 132 East First Street, seating capacity is 163.
