Spanish Colonial Revival exterior; Art Deco interior; constructed in 1936; architect/planner believed to be George B. Ford; tripartite complex composed of theatre, gymnasium/ballroom & social center/cafe/lounge. Restoration/rehabilitation begun 2003, expected completion spring of 2004.
