Palms Theatre

The Palms Theatre operated in the 1950s, a few doors up and across the street from the Towne Theatre in Fillmore. It’s currently Fillmore Video, the only video store in the small town. A photograph of the building can be seen here:

Inside, you can see where a screen would have gone, as well as the decor along the sides of the auditorium and the projection booth (which seems a bit off-centre, which is strange). There are multiple pieces of projection equipment used as decorative pieces, which may or may not have been in use during the store’s days as the Palms Theatre.
