This modest theater was built in 1927. The facade is a very simple Mission style, cream with green trim. There are fairly large retail spaces on either side, which are also vacant. There is a rather large live oak growing through an opening in the roof. I’m not sure whether this was built as an open air theater, or if the modification came later.
