The Lakeshore Drive-In opened in 1950, closed in 1992 and was demolished in 1993. It had room for 1100 cars. It was owned by National Amusements.

Opening night at the Lakeshore Drive-In was July, 1950. The movie that played that night was called “Bagdad” (not Baghdad) starring Maureen O'Hara. The last movie to play here in September, 1992 was “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” with Kristy Swanson and Donald Sutherland.

The picture above is incorrect. That is for the Lakeshore Drive-in in Liverpool, near SYRACUSE, NY. The Lakeshore Drive-in in GREECE, NY had a different marquee.
