Was an old movie house originally called the Hills Theater that opened in around 1942.

The Hills Theater was closed in the 1980’s. It was renovated into a pedestrian walkway with some shops and offices in it, known as the Main Street Plaza. There is virtually nothing remaining of the old theatre.

Here is an entry about the Hills Theatre at Remembering Rochester. The house opened in January, 1942, and was designed by Lavern R. Bennett and Eugene D. Straight of the Dearborn architectural firm Bennett & Straight.
