I believe this theatre building still exists, albeit heavily altered. Go to Google Maps and do a bird’s eye view of the address and you’ll see it. The front is now completely bricked over and painted all white.
Correct address would be 200 Market St. The Veterans Memorial is located there now. You can tell by the location of the water tower in the old photo that is still there today.

I’m not sure this is happening anymore. We are a year and a half later and there’s been no new news.
The correct address is 18 Clinton St., and it is not demolished. The building from the postcard above clearly still stands today.

This opened at 21 Academy Street on February 17, 1898 as the second Hartland Opera House. It was the town hall until 2017. It was demolished in 2018.

This Walgreens is closing November 13, 2023. I wonder if there’s any chance this building could become a theatre again or if it was gutted too much.
Was it demolished? I can find no articles about this. Columbia Park is where the lobby used to be, but last I saw the auditorium was still there.
