The Rancho Cotate Twin Indoor Theatre was a small twin screen theatre which opened on August 9, 1974 with doulbe bill programs: Warren Oates in “The White Dawn” & Michael Moriarty in “Bang the Drum Slowly” in screen 1 and John Phillip Law in “The Golden Voyage of Sinbad” & “John Wayne in "Big Jake” in screen 2. Later operated as the Oak Creek Cinemas, it was closed on April 28, 1988. Located behind a neighborhood shopping center. Currently used as a storage facility.

I remember this cinema fondly and have a memory of seeing Children of a Lesser God there among others with my amazing mom.
