Want to lease old theater with option

I am searching for an old movie house to lease with a future option to buy. Must be in operation, will consider the grand old type, but would like to be able to show “scope” 70mm (would be idea) for special festivals, etc. Not looking for first run.
Makes no difference what area of the country it is located will consider all. If it the right fit, i will go for it.
If you have one or know of someone who has one on the market, email me ASAP. Even you guys who want to sell, why not consider lease with option?

Mann National in Westwood Village, California. Mann is not renewing the lease as of July 2006. It is a grand theatre built in the late 60’s Early 70’s.
