SAN DIEGO, CA — This is the only theater in Ramona and there are no plans to build a new one. The owner put about 1.8 million in improvements to bring the theater back to it’s original 1950’s look. Do you have any idea how much theyre asking?
Yes, the seller would just like to get his improvement dollars back, he is asking 1.8 million. There is a fully active coffee shop that runs in the daytime like a (starbucks) at night it is functional for movies or plays. Please call me to discuss your options.
I’ve seen the Ramona on loopnet.com. Its very nice and I can understand that the seller would like to get his improvement dollars back. But thats the problem for me it would be more cost effective to buy one in need of repair since I want to transform it into a concert venue. I dont want to destroy something as nice as the Ramona.
