Theater rental in Brooklyn, NY

Does anybody know of a theater in or near Brooklyn that can rent a small space for a private screening? I’ve reached out to Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill Cinemas, but neither can quite do what I’m asking (or haven’t responded).
Email me if anybody has any suggestions. The closer to Brooklyn Heights the better.

Try the local colleges. Brooklyn College, LIU, St. Francis College, etc. They may be more willing to rent out the kind of space you need. Same for local churches and synagogues.
In your post above you said “but neither can quite do what I’m asking”. What type of screening is it film or video? You just said private screening. With alittle more info we might be able to give a answer.
