POOR TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS AND STAFF BY MANAGEMENT

The Cinemark in League City, Texas is the worse. It is not the 16 yr olds that I have a problem with. The “managers & asst. managers” are the pits!!! They are lazy and rarely seem to be “managing” anything! There is an EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER because Cinemark does not treat their employees fairly. Nor do they treat the customers with respect. REDBOX IS LOOKING PRETTY GOOD RIGHT NOW! Nobody seems to last very long at Cinemark.

I know a young college graduate who worked there for several years and was fired for accidentally letting a young person in with a child’s ticket. The ticket had been purchased at the box office and the young person appeared within the age limit.

HOW PETTY OF CINEMARK!!!! THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW FOR ME….AMC, HERE I COME!!!!
