FAIRFIELD, CA — The historic 1930’s Cinema One was fully restored in 2001 and has been opened for nine years as a live concert venue with a full class one kitchen and bar (tpe48). This may be on the market “for sale” soon. We are looking for potential cash buyers or qualified theater brokers with exclusive background in selling theaters. This theater is 100% turnkey and is currently running seven days a week.
