One of the main things preservationists worry about is selling fake Theatre items. One of the Biggest thrills was seeing the one-sheets shown throughout the Theatre.A Georgia man,Kerry Haggard was released on $100,000 bond for selling Fake one-sheets.He had made over a Million dollars selling Fake vintage horror movie posters.
While on Bond,Haggard recuited someone else to sell his fake Movie posters,US Attorney Preet Bharara wants the court to revoke Haggard’s bail and return him to jail.Seems like Haggard’s biggest score has been with the 1930 “FRANKENSTEIN” selling reprints to collectors for Five hundred to five thousand dollars.
