Silent movie at The Brooklyn Paraount

BROOKLYN, NY — The New York Theatre Organ Society will present the 1925 horror movie classic “The Phantom of the Opera” starring Lon Chaney Sr. and yes the LIU- Brooklyn Paramount Mighty Wurlitzer will be the accompaniment for the film. The presentation starts at 3 PM on Sunday, October 28th 2012. Come and see just how movies were shown in 1925. The Paramount is located on Flatbush Ave. Extention at Dekalb Ave. Across from Juniors Restaurant. Easy to get to by bus, subway, LIRR and parking near by.
