New movie theater for grown-ups at Arboretum

CHARLOTTE, NC — Cinebarre is opening its sixth location nationwide at the Arboretum this summer. The joint venture with the theatre’s prior operator, Regal, aims to cater to a more mature audience by banning young children and offering a full menu inside the theaters.

That’s a great idea! Hope it works out and makes the movie-going experience more enjoyable for everybody who comes to the theatre. Maybe if more movie theatres had similar rulings, more people would come back to the movie theatres.

It would have been nice to mention that this Arboretum was a shopping center. I had envisioned a wooded nature preserve.
