FENTON, MI — The long closed Fenton Cinemas, closed since 2008, has been sold to its neighbor, Creative Foam and will be torn down. Plans for the site call for a possible expansion to the business. Earlier plans to reopen the theater last year along with the potential ownership change and possible reopening have all fell through.

Further details are available in the Flint Journal.
