Reconstruction of the Lebowsky Center’s interior is finally underway

OWOSSO, MI — After six long years, reconstruction of the interior of the Lebowsky Center is underway. The former Capitol Theatre was gutted in a 2007 fire and exterior work on the theater was completed in 2010. The work is expected to take between nine to 12 months to complete.
