The Menora Theatre is the bigger brick building to the right of the Lotus Room,and the hair salon,and the gardens where the car park is on the right of the building.
There is pictures of the Grand Theatre in the book “Lost Perth volume 2”(pages 16,and 40) showing the Grand Theatre to the right of the Boans Department Store(now Myers Department Store), and the old(Woolworths Variety Store). The Arcade there now is called Central Arcade, with Grand Lane next to it on the right hand side(named after the Grand Theatre). The address for the Woolworths inside the arcade(on the ground floor) is 166 Murray Street.
There is picture of the Ambassadors Theatre in the book “Lost Perth volume 2”(page 103) showing the outside of the theatre and most of the neon sign lit up at night. Judging by the title underneath the neon sign(State fair 1962 version), it must be no earlier than 1962!
The Rosemount Hotel(where the first Rosemount Picture Gardens was next to the hotel) is still there on the corner of Fitzgerald Street and Angove Street.
The Coliseum Theatre and Gardens opened in December 1916,and demolished(mid 1930’s) to make for the Regal theatre. The Regal Theatre also had a picture gardens(Regal Picture Gardens) across the road on the North-west corner of Rokeby Road and Hay Street(seating 750) opened soon after the Regal Theatre opened. The Regal Picture Gardens closed in 1971 and demolished in 1973 and replaced with shops. The Regal Theatre has 1200 seats.
One of the Palace Theatre and Gardens screens is now at a nearby racetrack(or sports ground?).

Community Cinemas mandurah is in Pebble Beach Boulevard, opposite the intersection with Worlington Turn.
The shopping centre is called Bayview Centre,connected to the Old Theatre Lane. The car park is under the shopping centre.
The Capitol Theatre was next to the Embassy Ballroom(also demolished).

Most of the ramps have been replaced with a Coles Supermarket(and other shops?),and a carpark(just recently opened?).
There is also space for people to sit on the grass or blankets or at tables.
