It means about 1975, about 1980 and about 1985. Trying to find more accurate dates. It looks like it opened as a single cinema in the late 1960’s.
June 3rd, 1987 grand opening ad has been uploaded. It very rare to have an cinema on an upper floor of an office building. The only other example is the Capitol 3 in Yellowknife, NWT. It closed in 2002 when AMC bought out the Gulf States Palaces cinemas.

This opened on May 5th, 1948. The drive-in’s site is now a school and field.

This was converted to four screens in 1970 and six in 1985. An 1987 ad gives the 3929 or (3939)Airline address.
