Operating as the Bijou Theatre in the 1920’s, by 1941 it had been re-named Roxy Theatre. It was located on the south-east corner of Main and Gardner Streets.
In the late 1940’s it was closed and demolished and the new S. Charles Lee designed Visalia Theatre was built on the site. This is now known as the Main Street Theatre.
