Buildiung still standing but vacant. Was used for a real estate office for a while but that concern has moved down the street.
The Moore Theatre was opened on October 18, 1946, according to the issue of Boxoffice dated the following day. The owner-operator of the independent house was named Harold A. Soard.
According to Google Maps, street view, it was located directly across the street from a junior high school. What a great location, sure hope booked movies geared toward teenagers.
