The Fairburn appears to have been built in the mid twentieth century and was part of the Carrollton, Georgia based Carroll Amusement Company. The theatre is currently home to the Southside Theatre Guild.

The Carroll Amusement Company was located in Carrollton, Georgia.
J.E.Duncan was the film buyer. It was owned by Oscar Roberts Jr, J.Ebb Duncan and A.Q.Dobbs. The film booker was Hewlett C.Jones.
