The Lothrop Theatre opened in 1935 from what I found. Seating listed at 480. The theatre closed in 1955, and has since been demolished.

A Kilgen theater organ opus 3658 size 2/3 style U01 was installed in the Lathrop Theater in 1926.
The name of the theatre may have been the Lothrop, not the Lathrop. The intersecting street was Lothrop, and documents that I’ve seen at the downtown Omaha Public Library have it listed as the Lothrop.
