The Warren Theater was opened prior to 1950. This was your basic neighborhood theater where you could spent your Sunday afternoon watching movies for under a dollar. There was a clock in the ticket window showing what time the movie began.

You could buy a large cup of popcorn for a quarter and get a cup of Dr. Pepper for a dime out of the vending machine. There was a bowling alley next to it.

The Warren Theater was located at 16900 W. Warren in Detroit, Michigan. The architect was C. Howard Crane, and was operated by the Wisper and Wetsman chain. Any photos, interior or exterior, that anyone may have of the theater, Please post them here.
