The Capitol Theater was built in 1920 by the Princess Amusement Company. The theater was razed in 1966 to make way for a federal courthouse.

The Capitol Theater in Lincoln, NE had a Hillgreen-Lane organ Opus 876 Size 2/7 installed in 1926.
