Opened in March 1987, this small mixed use (cinema/live theatre) three-auditorium complex is located in a small cultural centre/office building named Casa de Romulo Gallegos, located on Avenida Luis Roche at 3 Transversal in the up-market Altamira district east of central Caracas.

Movies tend to be independent/art house and ‘educational’ (sometimes digital presentations), whilst the live performances are small scale plays, poetry readings and comedy evenings.

The auditoriums have stadium seating and have wood panelled walls.
