The Liberty Theatre is still listed as operating in the 1950 edition of Film Daily Yearbook.
The Liberty is threatened with demolition (July 2009). See article in Amarillo Globe-News for more information.

The address should be 317 SE Fourth Ave.
The article posted on 7/10/09 says the theatre was located on Southeast Fourth Ave., but when you map it is says E. Fourth Ave. Maybe MCompton can clairfy this for us.
