Rio Theater...Littlefield Texas

The Rio had been boarded up at the time I photographed it and had open and broken out windows above the marquee and red “Rio” attached signage.

The Rio had a similar twin of the same name on 5th street in Brownfield, Texas.

I took video of the Rio and of the Palace shortly before they were demolished by the city of Littlefield. I am searching for info on when the Rio closed.

I wonder how many one sheets are somewhere in that dark dampen Theatre?
