Around 1910, a theater called the Broadway was built on this site. In 1920, the nearby Sattler Theater assumed the name Broadway, and the theater at 330 Broadway became the Broadway Lyceum.
It was also completely remodeled or rebuilt at this time.
It was run by the Dillemuths for almost 40 years as a second-run house. Although it was close to the first run downtown theaters, it managed to stay open until 1959. It became a church in later years.
