This small Washington Park neighborhood theatre was opened by April 1911 as the Manhattan Theatre. By 1914 it was known as Biehle’s Theatre and closed in 1916. It stood on S. Wentworth Avenue near W. 59th Street.

This theater appears in an ad in the November 1914 Variety for Wurlitzer organs, but is listed as Biehle’s Theatre. However, it is listed in other publications as early as April 1911 as the Manhattan.
