The 10-screen UCI opened on 29th September 1989. It was taken over by Odeon Theatres in October 2004 and was re-branded Odeon.
Seating capacities in the screens range from 276, down to 180.

A horrible place that people seem to be leaving alone since the opening of the Vue on wind Street.
One of the surviving early multi-screen cinemas which serves to remind us how much cinema architecture,comfort, sight-lines, screen size , projection and sound quality have developed in the last 20 years.

A lovely little cinema, still using 35mm prints for some showings, was blown away by seeing Water for Elephants in 35mm, beautiful. I forgot what I was missing as my local cinema is not all digital.
