I found a time line of 1927 thru 1958, with seating at 656, all on a single floor. The Bountiful Theatre was remodeled in 1941, to the plans of architect Paul K. Evans.

The Creative Arts Academy is located in this former theater building.

Part of the building is home to the Grand Ballroom. Another function could be banquet hall.
