Savoy Cinema

Opened before 1914 as Dailly Cinema, it was takenover by Mr van Vaslaere, who had taken over the Casino Cinema which became the Mirano Cinema in the mid-1930’s.

It was one of the cinemas in Saint Josse, together with the Century Cinema, Marignan Cinema, Mirano Cinema and Louvre Cinema, all of them located on Chausse de Louvain. At the end of 1964, it was destroyed by a fire and since then the remains have become a showroom for cars.
