Located on Beckton Road on the corner of New Barn Street. The Popular Picture Palace was possibly a shop conversion. It opened in November 1910. Plans for enlargement were submitted in 1912, but these were refused.

The Popular Picture Palace closed in late-1914 due to World War I conditions.
