The Vic Theatre had just over 400 seats. It was operated by Landmark Cinemas of Canada showing first run movies. Landmark closed the Vic in February 2008.

Was this at one time called the Nootka? I seem to recall it showed the Rocky Horror Picture show at midnight.

Nope, it was called the Towne Cinema when it first opened in the mid-‘70s.
