Located on the northwest side of Edmonton Green, the Kings Hall was at the rear of the Kings Head public house. The hall was rebuilt in 1908, and Andrews Pictures began screening films here.
It was re-built again in 1910, to comply with the new Cinematograph Act which regulated cinema buildings. Andrews Pictures was closed around 1917, during World War I. The building remained until it was demolished in the 1960’s for the Edmonton Green redevelopment. Housing was built on the site, which is now where Newdales Close and Chiswick Road is located.
