Originally operating as a vaudeville theater from 1900. The Palace Theater was operating as a movie theater from at least 1941 through to its closing in 1960. This small town theater showing motion pictures of the day, is presently being used as a bar/club, known as JTS Cafe. In early-2010, new owners are mulling over possible uses.
