The Alamance Theatre was open in 1935 but I could not find who owned or operated the theatre. This was a small downtown house with seating listed at 419.
The Alamance Theatre was renamed Town Theatre on March 13, 1950. In 1951 thru 1956 editions of Film Daily Yearbook it was still listed as the Alamance Theatre.

Looks like when Front goes from E to W, odds and evens switch sides, meaning this has been demolished. Must have been about where the depot is now.
