Located in Alexandra, in northeast central Victoria. The building was erected in 1881 as a multi-purpose Town Hall. It later became the Elite Theatre and was screening films by 1952.

Closed in 2001, it was later re-opened as the Alexandra Cinema, which continues in March 2010.
